I joined Lytics in the summer of 2014 as a User Experience Designer.
I was initially tasked with owning the product experience, but went
on to lead design for all aspects of the company: marketing, email
reports and newsletters, data visualizations, hiring, etc.
Primarily focused on data and report design. Lead hiring and the development of career path options for designers at the company. UA was a formative point in my appreciation and understanding of design process.
Though hired specifically for my experience in data design, I went on to focus on redesigning Jive's social search experience and eventually lead the design effort on a reimagining of Jive's entire product.
Possibly the most formative point in my career. I learned so much
from this team. This was my first experience working with a larger,
established design team. My focus at Webtrends was on interaction
design for their Analytics and Segmentation products.
Whenever possible, I try to donate a small part of my time to friends
and family in need of help. It could be website for a fashion line,
a winemaker, or even a portfolio for an amazing Art Director.
